Account FAQ — Registration, KYC & Mobile Play
Everything about your account lives here — signing up, getting verified, and playing on your phone. Verification is a one-time step, so do it early and your withdrawals will never be held waiting on it.
Registration and identity checks
You must be at least 21 to hold an account. Sign-up needs only a mobile number and password; the real gate is KYC, which confirms your identity and age before your first withdrawal.
- Accepted IDs: Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence or PRC ID.
- Submit one clear ID plus a selfie; the review takes 24–48 hours and only happens once.
- Your name on the account, ID and GCash wallet must match — mismatches and third-party accounts are rejected.
Playing on mobile
JILI333 is browser-first, so there is no app to download and no APK to sideload. Open the site in Chrome or Safari and your full account — lobby, cashier and limits — is there. For a shortcut that feels like an app, use your browser's Add to Home Screen option.

Keeping your account secure
- Use a password you don't reuse elsewhere, and never share your OTP — support will never ask for it.
- Move money only on your own mobile data or trusted Wi-Fi, not public hotspots.
- One person, one account: duplicate accounts breach the terms and can freeze withdrawals.
